System Sales Engineer - Jay Kingery
As the founder of RCI Sound Systems, Jay is intimately involved in the design and project engineering of sophisticated communications systems.  FedEx Field, Comcast Center, Kennedy Center Concert Hall, Marriott Hotels, McLean Bible Church and many other projects are to his credit. 

He has a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Technology from Capitol College, from which he received a "Fellow of the College" award.

 


Sales Engineer - Arthur Feller
Arthur holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical) from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Science in Television-Radio from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University where he studied sound mixing and recording along with other subjects.  He had a 27-year career with the FCC and Office of US Foreign Disaster Assistance. 

Arthur specializes in helping our customers through the process of audio/video system design and as well as radio frequency design and interference problems. 

During his career, Arthur has accumulated many honors: Named to IARU (World) Satellite Frequency Coordination Advisory Panel, February 2003; Fellow, Radio Club of America, Inc. 1995; Distinguished Unit Award, Agency for International Development, 1989; FCC Special Achievement Award, 1983.

Sales Engineer/Project Manager - Keith Nachodsky
Keith comes to RCI Sound Systems with many years of project management, sales engineering, and design/build experience.  

He has managed projects ranging from NASCAR tracks to boardrooms and conference rooms, churches and theater systems.  Keith has had a 28-year career as a live sound engineer and will, from time to time, be found mixing some of our corporate events. 

He has attended training with Extron Electronics, Polycom, ClearOne, Crown, Crestron, JBL, QSC, AutoCAD operation and many others. He has taken InfoCom courses in project management and is CTS certified. 


Director of Engineering - George Saur
Having completed a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, George is the Director of Engineering. George has been employed with RCISS for over twenty-eight years!

 He is extensively trained in AMX programming, Extron Electronics, AutoCAD operation, and attended SynAudCon training.  His resume includes projects too numerous to list comprehensively, but include all of the significant projects RCISS has completed during his tenure. 


General Manager - Phil Kaylor
Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Maryland - College Park.  He has over 25 years experience in commercial audio/video, including extensive background in large Emergency Notification Systems. 

He founded and was president of Sound Sales, a Pro Audio sales firm serving the Mid-Atlantic region for 18 years. Sound Sales won numerous sales achievement awards from Sony, JBL, Philips, IED and others.


Operations Manager - Kory Hankin
Kory holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Towson State University.  He has managed the day-to-day operations of RCI Sound Systems for over 18 years.  This includes installations and service, as well as live sound productions. 

Kory has overseen many installations: Marriott Bethesda Suites, Howard University Stadium, Riverdale Baptist Church, multiple venues at Loyola College (MD), and numerous other projects.
