I can't thank you enough for your exceptional professionalism, expertise and your willingness and ability to go above and beyond the call of duty in meeting all the sound needs of the Global Day of Action event in Washington, DC.

From start to finish, every interaction I had with the staff of RCI was a genuine pleasure. From working on the rider for the musical performers to meeting the needs of the speakers, RCI's staff was indispensable and exceptionally knowledgeable, while your concert system delivered top quality sound.

At this event there were many unforeseen elements to contend with, from high heat, understaffing of volunteers, large crowds, performers with specific needs, to a drenching thunderstorm. In each and every situation, RCI's staff was tremendously courteous, dependable, even-tempered and wonderfully supportive and positive.

I can't say enough about the contribution RCI's 'staff made to the enjoyment and success of this event.   I wish you all the success with your work, and I very much look forward to working with you again.
