RCI RENTAL POLICIES

• RCI is open Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm.
• Shipping, delivery, pickup, set-up, and professional systems operations are available upon request.  These services, however, are not included in our rental rates and are available for an additional cost.

PAYMENT

• Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash, Credit Card or Check.  Accepted Credit Cards are Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. Checks are accepted with valid photo identification (Drivers license, State or Military ID).
• Corporate billing is available upon request. Accounts must be established prior to date of rental.
• All rentals are required to be paid in-full upon receipt unless other arrangements have been made with the Rental Department.
• Companies with tax exempt status are required to provide a copy of documentation for the appropriate jurisdiction in order to receive tax-free transactions.
• RCI reserves the right to require that a security deposit be paid and held throughout the duration of the rental.  RCI reserves the right to retain the entire security deposit or part thereof for any violation of rental terms.

RENTAL PERIODS

• Minimum rental charge is one day.
• Weekend rental rate is 1.5 days (Friday-Monday).
• One week rental charge is equal to four days.
• One month rental charge is equal to three weeks (12 Days).

RENTERS RESPONSIBILITIES

• Valid photo identification (Drivers license, State or Military I.D.) is required at time of pickup/delivery.
• Theft, loss, damage or destruction of equipment while in the renter's possession is the responsibility of the renter.
• There is no courtesy or grace period on rented equipment. The late return of equipment will be billed at the daily rate.
