Shipping, delivery, pickup, set-up, and professional systems operations are available upon request. 
These services, however, are not included in our rental rates.
There is no courtesy or grace period on rented equipment. The late return of equipment will be billed at the
daily rate. Remember that the equipment you are returning may already be reserved by someone else.

Payment may be made by cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. Checks are accepted with proper I.D. Corporate billing is available. An account must be established 2 weeks prior to a rental.

RCI Sound Systems requires that a deposit equal to the cost of the rental be kept while the equipment is on rental and until ALL equipment has been returned to RCI Sound Systems in good working order. Minimum deposit is $50.00.
Damage, theft, or loss of equipment while in the renter's possession is the responsibility of the renter.

Once a customer has made a reservation, the equipment is reserved for that renter. Reservations canceled within 3 days of pickup will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled within 24 hours of the pickup will be charged 50% of the rental cost.
A holding deposit of $25 may be required to reserve equipment during peak periods.
Valid photo identification (Drivers license, State or Military I.D.) will be required for pickup.

Minimum rental charge is one day.
Weekend rental rate is 1.5 days (Friday-Monday).
One week's rental charge is equal to four days.
Exception: One week's rental charge for wireless products is three days.
One month's rental charge is equal to three weeks (12 days).
